Important Update Regarding Refund, Return, Cancellations and Exchanges – W.e.f. January 1st, 2024

At The Chikankari Company, we deeply appreciate your continued support and trust in our brand. To enhance your shopping experience, we would like to inform you about our updated policies regarding cancellations and exchanges, effective from January 1st, 2024, 12:00 IST.

Cancellation and Exchange Process:

For all inquiries related to cancellations and exchanges, please contact our dedicated team at care@thechikankaricompany.com. Rest assured, we are committed to addressing your concerns promptly within 48 working hours.

Domestic Customers:

Exchange by Domestic Customer: If you encounter size issues or wish to exchange a product within 2 days of receiving it, please email us at care@thechikankaricompany.com. In areas where reverse pickup services are available, we will coordinate a pickup and arrange for the desired product to be resent.

Please note that reverse pickup may not be available in specific pin codes. In such cases, kindly send the item back, clearly mentioning your name and mobile number on the package. Exchanges are only applicable for size-related issues and do not extend to product exchanges. Additionally, purchases made during promotional offers and discounts are non-exchangeable.

Return Policy: We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns on sold items.

Damaged/Wrong Delivery: In the rare occurrence of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will promptly replace the product using the fastest available courier service. To expedite this process, we kindly request customers to provide a full unboxing video of the received product.

Instances Where Exchange is Not Accepted:

Exchange is not accepted due to a 10% color difference attributed to screen resolution and lighting.
Exchanges are not accepted if the customer dislikes the material or color of the product. We strongly recommend reviewing all product details in the description before placing an order.
Exchanges are not accepted for specially customized pieces.
Cancellations by Indian Customer: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

International Customers:

For damaged or incorrect products received, please email us at care@thechikankaricompany.com with a photo within 48 hours of delivery. Please note that all customs duties on products are the responsibility of the customer.

International exchanges follow the same policy as mentioned above. For further inquiries, contact us at care@thechikankaricompany.com.

Cancellations by International Customer: Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once placed. International customers can only exchange or replace products by emailing us at care@thechikankaricompany.com.
